1. Share your plan with PADEL GLOBO
In the Coaches section, you can see the coaches and academies that we work with. Each coach/academy has their own profile page that lists their philosophy, location and prices. You can also click into testimonials to see what other customers have said about the coach.
2. PADEL GLOBO confirms your plan
When we have established a plan for your training/camp, our team will confirm bookings with the coach. Once we have booking confirmation with the coach, a reservation payment is made to secure commitment.
3. The dialogue continues
At arrival in Malaga, we ensure that everything is going as planned. We consistently align with our coaching partners to make sure that your dream plan will become a reality. Any other doubts or questions that arise, we are available 7 days a week to ensure satisfaction among yourself and the coaching staff.
FAQs
A 20% reservation fee is paid in advance of the lessons. The remaining amount is paid at occurrence.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes, we have a policy of reasonable flexibility. You will be reimbursed for any part of the coaching that was not completed, generally due to 1 of the following 3 events:
- If the lesson is scheduled to take place outdoors, and the weather conditions don’t allow for play, Reimbursement happens.
- If you suffer from an injury during your coaching session, reimbursement happens for future scheduled lessons during your trip.
- If coach is sick or unwell, reimbursement happens. However, we will do everything we can to arrange a back-up plan in this case, so don’t worry about this one!
For the benefit of both the player and the coach, we try to avoid cancelation. However, we understand that things can change or can happen.
For this reason, 100% refund is offered up to 7 days before your coaching starts.
Coaches are often in high demand and they meticulously need to plan out their weekly schedule. Therefore, within 7 days of the coaching to occur, the following applies:
- 80% of the payment amount can be reimbursed up to 7 calendar days before your coaching starts.
- 50% of the payment amount can be reimbursed up to 2 calendar days before your coaching starts.
- Within 2 days of the start of your coaching, we cannot modify your payment amount. It may be the case that we can speak with the coach in order to try to move the classes for another time period, like a form of gift voucher.
No, using Padel Globo there is a coach for everyone. We host junior players, competitive players, as well as any learning player. Some coaches will be more suitable for a certain profile of player, and other coaches for another profile. This is where we can also consult you.
At the moment, we do not help with this. We want to focus on our core offering which is padel. In the future, if we learn more about this field, we will consult on these topics also.
Padel Globo charges a 15-20% commission fee on all lessons. This amount is already included in the amount that you see on the website under the coaches’ profile. This ensures a guarantee of quality in the coaching, an up-to-date management of the website, communication between you and the coach, and any other help that we can offer in order to make your experience as positive as possible. It also gives you and the coach a commitment to complete the lessons.
Normally when you register for a padel travel, you do not know who your coaches will be or the time that you will be training at. With us, you are in control of your training. You decide the amount of hours that you think is right for you, what type of coach is good for you, and the club that suits you the best. We also constantly quality control our coaches to ensure that your training will be up to your expectations, and will help you to manage the communication as effectively as possible.
But what really sets us apart is that we are on site in the region, and we know the padel landscape here very well. We can guide you to play a tournament, to train with the right coach, to sign you up for an americano if that is what interests you, or anything else. We will be your local padel consultant in the region.
